1. What issues do you help with?
We support clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, identity issues, relationship challenges, trauma, faith-based concerns, and self-esteem. We also specialize in helping individuals navigate “empty nest” seasons, perfectionism, and caregiver burnout.​

2. Do I need to be a person of faith to receive counseling here?
Not at all. While our foundation is rooted in Christian values, we respect every client’s background, beliefs, and preferences. Spiritual integration is available upon request, but never required.

3. What can I expect in my first session?
Your first session is a time for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about your goals, your story, and what brought you to counseling. There’s no pressure—just a safe, supportive space to begin your journey.

4. How long is each session?
Sessions typically last between 50–60 minutes, depending on your individual needs and goals.

5. How often will I need to come to counseling?
Many clients start with weekly sessions, especially in the beginning. Over time, we may adjust the frequency based on your progress and preference.

6. Do you offer virtual or in-person sessions?
Yes! We offer both in-person and virtual counseling sessions to fit your comfort and lifestyle. We use a secure, confidential platform for all virtual appointments.

7. Is counseling confidential?
Yes. Your privacy is very important to us. All counseling sessions are confidential within legal and ethical guidelines. Exceptions apply only in cases of danger to self or others, or when required by law.

8. How do I get started?
You can get started by filling out our Contact Form, calling us directly, or sending an email. Once we receive your request, we’ll schedule a consultation or your first session at a time that works for you.

9. Do you accept insurance?
We currently accept insurance.We’re happy to provide a receipt (superbill) if you’d like to submit for out-of-network reimbursement.

10. What’s your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.
